1-Year Warranty
All Fieldstand watches and dials are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item has any functional issue, you can choose:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement/return — whichever you prefer.
Just email us at contact@fieldstand.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.
Handmade watches
Every Fieldstand piece is made, polished, and assembled by hand. Small imperfections are part of the process, not defects. They reflect the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each item.
If you’re unsure whether an issue qualifies for a return or refund, reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Return Conditions
- Warranty applies to functional issues (e.g. mechanical failure, faulty movement).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping may be required, depending on the case.
- Heavily worn items may not qualify.
