1-Year Warranty
All Fieldstand watches and dials are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item has any functional issue, you can choose:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement/return — whichever you prefer.
Just email us at contact@fieldstand.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.
Handmade watches
Every Fieldstand piece is made, polished, and assembled by hand. Small imperfections are part of the charm — not defects. They reflect the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each item.
If you’re unsure whether an issue qualifies for a return or refund, reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Return Conditions
- Warranty applies to functional issues (e.g. mechanical failure, faulty movement).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping may be required, depending on the case.
- Heavily worn items may not qualify.
